- Port Washington, Wisconsin, USA – Our flagship North American facility, home to Con Forms and Ultra Tech, spans 90,000 square feet of manufacturing space and a 350,000 square foot pipe yard. Since 1985, this site has been a hub for concrete pumping innovation, featuring advanced heat-treating, bending, welding, and fabrication capabilities.
- Grand Prairie, Texas, USA – Opened in 2023, this 18,600 square foot facility serves the booming Texas market with a robust inventory of boom pipe and custom hose assembly services.
- Irondale, Alabama, USA – Tricon Wear Solutions operates two plants totaling 138,000 square feet, producing large-scale fabrications for mining and industrial clients using cutting-edge hardening and overlay technologies.
- Elko, Nevada, USA – At an elevation of 5,112ft, Elko serves as the heart of the gold mining region in the United States. Tricon opened this 20,000 square foot facility in 1989 to provide local inventory and expedited fabrication capabilities to our mining customers.

Europe: Precision Meets Sustainability
- Warstein, Germany – Nestled beside the Arnsberg Forest Nature Park, our Esser Twin Pipes facility spans 41,000 square meters. It’s a model of sustainable manufacturing, producing our signature Twin Wall pipes with precision cutting, bending, welding, and painting operations.
Asia-Pacific: A Growing Force
- Hyderabad & Belgaum, India – Launched in 2024, our EWCFI division strengthens our presence in the fast-growing Asia-Pacific market. Sales and executive teams operate from Hyderabad, while manufacturing and engineering are based in Belgaum, Karnataka.
