Hello! This is a diagram of the key components in a Con Forms high-pressure, concrete pumping system. Our team has decades of engineering expertise to help you design the right system for your next job.

The DIVERSION VALVE is essential for all high rise and placing boom applications. Con Forms’ diversion valve diverts the flow from pumping to cleanout with low risk, always focusing on worksite safety. This system configuration is designed for multiple placing and clean out lines. The hoses you see here are in place to bring the cleanout assembly to the backside of the valve – Con Forms pipe would be installed here when pumping. For cleanout, there is no need to disengage any couplings that could be under residual pressure; providing significant safety and efficiency benefits.

On the valve’s OUTLET SIDE you see two models of Con Forms’ induction-hardened laydown pipe – color-coded for easy identification in the field. The blue painted pipe is 3/8” wall and designed for the toughest mixes, highest pressures and longest life. The white pipe is our best-selling, heat-treated, quarter inch wall pipe used in many of our laydown applications requiring higher pressures and long-life pipe wear.

These Green COUPLINGS are often paired with the white, quarter inch pipe in systems under 220bar of pumping pressure. The 3/8” blue pipe and yellow, Super High Pressure couplings offer the highest safety factor in the industry with working pressure up to 300bar.

Even the best pipe and couplings need reliable and easy to use BRACKETS to secure them in place. Con Forms has you covered with floor and wall brackets for all situations. Each bracket can be adjusted for multiple pipe diameters and applications. They are easy to use, high performing and will improve installation time and safety on any job site.

Thanks for your time! Con Forms has you covered from the pump to point of placement. Please contact our team with any questions.
