BUSINESS UNIT: ESSER TWIN PIPES
LOCATION: Warstein, North Rhine-Westphalia Germany
Esser’s Warstein facility spans nearly 41,000 square meters with more than 6,000 square meters in manufacturing space. Our production site borders the Arnsberg Forest Nature Park, which is a constant reminder of the importance of responsible, sustainable manufacturing.
At this location, the team fabricates and heat-treats our signature Twin Wall pipes for boom truck and industrial applications, as well as pipe cutting, bending, welding and painting operations. Further, Esser fabricates heat-treated and single-wall pipes to support industrial and mining applications.
The Esser sales and engineering teams are on-site to maintain constant communication and inspection of our products and procedures.
BUSINESS UNIT: EWCFI
LOCATION: Hyderabad, Telangana India
CFI launched this division of Esser in 2024 to enhance our services to construction companies in this vital and expanding market. Esser Twin Wall brand products focus on the OEM segment, whilst the Con Forms brand focuses on the aftermarket segment from one shared organization.
The EWCFI sales and executive team work from Hyderabad, while manufacturing, shipping and engineering resources operate from Belgaum, Karnataka.
BUSINESS UNIT: Con Forms & Ultra Tech
LOCATION: Port Washington, Wisconsin, USA
Located a stone’s throw from Lake Michigan, this facility has housed Con Forms and Ultra Tech since 1985. Our first induction hardening and bending systems were installed here in 1993.
Today, the site features 90,000 sqft of manufacturing space and a 350,000 sqft pipe yard. Here, we assemble and paint concrete pumping boom kits and hoses, while also performing heat-treating, bending, welding, and fabrication of Ultra Tech pipe. 10,000 sqft of office space houses our Operations, HR, Accounting, and Engineering teams.
BUSINESS UNIT: Con Forms
LOCATION: Grand Prairie, Texas USA
Strategically located in the Dallas-Ft. Worth corridor, this 18,600 sqft facility was opened in 2023.
Texas is one of the leading markets for concrete pumping in the USA, and we wanted to be close to our customers in the region.
Con Forms Texas keeps an extensive inventory of boom pipe on hand, ready for custom painting. Assembly of concrete pumping and piling hoses is another key activity for this Con Forms facility.
BUSINESS UNIT: Tricon Wear Solutions
LOCATION: Irondale, Alabama USA
Tricon began operations here in 1969 on the outskirts of Birmingham. Known as “The Pittsburgh of the South”, Birmingham has been a crucial hub of steel production for over 200 years.
With 138,000 sqft across two plants, Tricon produces some large-scale fabrications for their mining, aggregate, and other industrial customers.
Induction hardening capabilities; multiple mills and lathes; plasma and oxy tables; pin overlay and clad steel plate are all used here to produce our through-hardened plate fabrications.
BUSINESS UNIT: Tricon Wear Solutions
LOCATION: University Park, Illinois USA
This 20,000 sqft facility was opened in 2003 to provide improved services to our iron mining, aggregate, pulp & paper, and metals customers in the northern USA industrial region.
Plate cutting, forming and burning are the primary production focus of this team. A 2,000T press with a 20ft bed enables one-piece forming on long parts and thick heel bands. Conveniently located near a rail spur, Tricon can quickly ship to our midwestern customers.
BUSINESS UNIT: Tricon Wear Solutions
LOCATION: Elko, Nevada USA
At an elevation of 5,112ft, Elko serves as the heart of the gold mining region in the United States.
Tricon opened this 20,000sqft facility in 1989 to provide local inventory and expedited fabrication capabilities to our mining customers. A rail spur was re-opened in 2024 to speed delivery and reduce transport costs for our customers.

LOCATION: Lincolnshire, Illinois USA
Several members of the CFI executive leadership team work from this suite of offices in suburban Chicago when not traveling to visit customers or our other manufacturing sites. Convenient access to O’Hare International Airport makes travel much easier for both our team, ownership group, and corporate visitors.
