ESSER TO DISPLAY AT BAUMA 2022

The team at Esser Twin Pipes is eager to meet with new and existing customers at bauma 2022 at the Trade Fair Center Messe in Munich from 24-30 October. Key Sales and Product Line Representatives from Esser and our USA-based parent company, Construction Forms, Inc. will be in attendance to exchange ideas with customers, visitors, and exhibitors.

ESSER pipe systems have proven themselves for decades when it comes to conveying abrasive materials from A to B. Applications in mining, glass manufacturing and glass fiber, foundries, and many other industries worldwide benefit from the exceptional durability and technology of Esser Twin Wall pipes – whether for hydraulic or pneumatic conveying.

At bauma 2022, ESSER will focus exclusively on solutions for the concrete pumping sector. The Esser Twin 700 and Esser Twin 900 series have been among the world’s leading delivery line solutions for decades. Many professionals in the concrete pump industry, from the OEM to the concrete pumper on site, are already familiar with the twin wall pipes and appreciate their durability and safety. For challenging pouring conditions with very harsh mixes, Esser 900 is now also available for DN100/4” PUMI trucks.

The ESSER 400 series also provides a high-performance option for cost-conscious operators. This series consists of single-wall, hardened pipe and manganese cast elbows; it provides significantly longer pumping life compared to unhardened steels. In addition to the common boom systems in DN125/5”, Esser 400 is now also available in DN100/4” for PUMI trucks.

Esser is proud to offer all the common accessories and fittings needed to complete your pipeline: couplings, gaskets, and clean-out supplies are available. Esser also provides full engineering and design support for your high-rise project, offering full laydown systems including pipe, hose, couplings, and brackets to deliver concrete safely and reliably on the most demanding projects.

The VISION 85 Hose was developed for the hydraulic conveying of highly abrasive materials such as concrete, mortar, slurry, and other pumpable solids. Due to the special “double crimp” press connection, the case-hardened hose nozzles fit transition-free onto the hose ends without having to peel out the inside of the hose: “Double crimp – double safe.” This reduces wear and provides the longest possible service life.

Also on display will be the patented Safety Air CuffTM Hose Shutoff Valve. The lightweight, fabric Air Cuff is a great option for large booms when every gram matters. It manages spills and restricts flow by squeezing the end hose shut using an inflatable bladder. It can be integrated with the pump’s control circuit or equipped with a dedicated transmitter to trigger the pneumatic shutoff assembly.
