The CFI team recently traveled to Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA, to bring together our global team and further strengthen the business and integration of our corporate structure. Construction Forms, Inc. merged with Tricon Wear Solutions in 2023 and has been integrating its operations and sales teams to offer an expanded suite of wear products to its customers. During this transition, our leadership team was enhanced with exceptional talent, positioning the CFI platform for greater growth.

CFI’s CEO, Stefan Brosick, led the session. with support from HTI advisors Mike Mansuetti, Jeff Yelton, and Nat Banks. The HTI team brought valuable analysis and perspective to the team discussions.
