En los casi 75 a\u00f1os de historia de la empresa, se han implementado numerosos proyectos en los que la fiabilidad y la larga vida \u00fatil de nuestras tuber\u00edas dobles constituyen la base para el transporte seguro desde el silo o punto de carga hasta la zona de relleno subterr\u00e1nea, ya sea para el transporte de materiales de construcci\u00f3n o para el transporte de material est\u00e9ril para el relleno.<\/p><p>Se distingue entre tuber\u00edas verticales y suspendidas. El fluido bombeado se transporta generalmente por v\u00eda neum\u00e1tica, aunque ocasionalmente por v\u00eda hidr\u00e1ulica, bajo tierra. En el caso de las tuber\u00edas suspendidas, la estructura se ve sometida a fuerzas considerables. En este sentido, ESSER puede proporcionar sin problema el an\u00e1lisis estructural necesario.<\/p><p>Como es bien sabido, la temperatura aumenta con la profundidad, lo que provoca la dilataci\u00f3n del acero. ESSER ofrece acoplamientos especiales para perforaciones que, en comparaci\u00f3n con las conexiones de brida, presentan un dise\u00f1o delgado y estable que permite su paso por la perforaci\u00f3n. Este dise\u00f1o especial tambi\u00e9n reduce el riesgo de atascos durante el drenaje y el paso por la perforaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Existen diferentes variantes para el procesamiento y transporte posterior de los diversos medios transportados. Las m\u00e1s comunes incluyen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>relleno neum\u00e1tico<\/strong> \u2013 El medio se transporta neum\u00e1ticamente hasta el punto de aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>relleno hidr\u00e1ulico<\/strong>l \u2013 El material seco se mezcla con cemento y l\u00edquido en una planta de mezcla antes de ser transportado hidr\u00e1ulicamente a la zona de relleno. Esto puede realizarse por gravedad o mediante bombas para lodos pesados, que operan a presiones de hasta 200 bar.
