JOHN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La empresa Gordy&#039;s Concrete Pumping verti\u00f3 hormig\u00f3n en medio de la densa niebla el 10 de septiembre de 2019 en la Torre Norte.<br>Proyecto de expansi\u00f3n en St. John&#039;s on the Lake, una comunidad de jubilados muy conocida en Milwaukee.<br>Este proyecto consiste en la ampliaci\u00f3n de una torre residencial de 22 pisos en el lado este de la ciudad, lo que transformar\u00e1 el horizonte urbano. Se prev\u00e9 que la torre abra sus puertas en la primavera de 2020 con aproximadamente 170 nuevas viviendas. La torre, con un costo de 123 millones de d\u00f3lares, reemplazar\u00e1 un edificio de tres pisos en St. John&#039;s que cuenta con 50 camas para cuidados de enfermer\u00eda y 24 apartamentos con asistencia para la vida diaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lo largo del proyecto de ampliaci\u00f3n de la Torre Norte, Gordy&#039;s utiliz\u00f3 tuber\u00edas y accesorios para rascacielos de Con Forms, sistemas de colocaci\u00f3n y una m\u00e1quina Spider Placer 18-3. Las tuber\u00edas y acoplamientos para rascacielos son los componentes m\u00e1s fiables y con mayor capacidad de presi\u00f3n del sector, con una presi\u00f3n de trabajo de hasta 300 bar para el bombeo a alt\u00edsima presi\u00f3n de la torre de 22 plantas. Nuestro equipo de expertos colabor\u00f3 con Gordy&#039;s en la fase de planificaci\u00f3n para dise\u00f1ar el mejor sistema de colocaci\u00f3n para el proyecto, optimizando al m\u00e1ximo el bombeo y la limpieza diarios.
