El Proyecto Site C, una tercera presa y central hidroel\u00e9ctrica en el r\u00edo Peace, en el noreste de la Columbia Brit\u00e1nica, ser\u00e1 una fuente de electricidad limpia, renovable y asequible en la Columbia Brit\u00e1nica durante m\u00e1s de 100 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Sitio C ser\u00e1 una tercera presa y central el\u00e9ctrica en el r\u00edo Peace, en el noreste de Columbia Brit\u00e1nica. El proyecto aportar\u00e1 1100 megavatios de capacidad y aproximadamente 5100 gigavatios hora de energ\u00eda al a\u00f1o al sistema el\u00e9ctrico integrado de la provincia. La construcci\u00f3n del proyecto comenz\u00f3 en el verano de 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto requerir\u00e1 grandes cantidades de hormig\u00f3n para su finalizaci\u00f3n. Se necesitar\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 1 mill\u00f3n de yardas c\u00fabicas de hormig\u00f3n vertido, as\u00ed como cientos de miles de yardas c\u00fabicas de hormig\u00f3n compactado con rodillo, no solo para la estructura de la presa, sino tambi\u00e9n para las estructuras de soporte y la cimentaci\u00f3n. La falta de lecho rocoso en el sitio requiere la colocaci\u00f3n de grandes cantidades de hormig\u00f3n compactado con rodillo para dotar al proyecto de peso y estructura, lo que le permitir\u00e1 mantenerse en su lugar y mejorar la protecci\u00f3n s\u00edsmica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con Forms particip\u00f3 activamente en el proceso de licitaci\u00f3n desde el principio, dialogando con todos los licitadores sobre los aspectos del bombeo de hormig\u00f3n del proyecto. Nuestra experiencia, conocimientos y reputaci\u00f3n de fiabilidad en el sector nos convirtieron en una consultora de confianza en este \u00e1mbito. Una vez adjudicados los principales contratos a las empresas conjuntas, Con Forms pudo asesorarles sobre m\u00e9todos seguros, eficientes y fiables para la colocaci\u00f3n del hormig\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En lo que respecta al transporte de hormig\u00f3n, solo unas pocas empresas de bombeo estaban en condiciones de asumir el reto de una tarea tan grande. De las tres empresas de bombeo que finalmente se dedicaron activamente al proyecto, <strong>Los tres dijeron a los postores calificados que la \u00fanica forma en que realizar\u00edan el proyecto era con tuber\u00edas de Con Forms.<\/strong>&nbsp; Finalmente, se le adjudic\u00f3 el trabajo a Priority\/ Action JV Concrete Pumping Ltd. y actualmente se encuentra bombeando la central el\u00e9ctrica con el producto Con Forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El producto Con Forms tambi\u00e9n se utiliza para reforzar los t\u00faneles de desviaci\u00f3n, que desviar\u00e1n temporalmente un tramo corto del r\u00edo Peace para que se pueda construir la presa sobre el lecho del r\u00edo en tierra firme. Nuestra l\u00ednea completa de bombas de hormig\u00f3n se utiliza en todo tipo de trabajos, desde el hormig\u00f3n proyectado hasta el vertido del revestimiento final de los t\u00faneles de desviaci\u00f3n, que miden 10,8 metros de di\u00e1metro y m\u00e1s de 700 metros de longitud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto contin\u00faa, y Con Forms sigue ofreciendo productos y consultor\u00eda a las empresas participantes para garantizar la finalizaci\u00f3n segura y eficiente de todos los vertidos de hormig\u00f3n. La exigencia de los productos Con Forms en un proyecto de esta envergadura demuestra la calidad que ofrecemos.
