La empresa resultante de la fusi\u00f3n aspira a convertirse en el proveedor l\u00edder mundial de tuber\u00edas, piezas de desgaste y sistemas resistentes a la abrasi\u00f3n para las industrias del hormig\u00f3n y la miner\u00eda. Tanto Conforms como Esser han sido l\u00edderes en el suministro de tuber\u00edas de alta resistencia al desgaste en Estados Unidos y Europa, respectivamente. En un comunicado conjunto, Tom Hamilton, presidente, y Al Kastelic, director ejecutivo de Conforms, declararon: \u201cCreemos que la uni\u00f3n de nuestras dos grandes empresas aportar\u00e1 valor a nuestros accionistas, empleados y, sobre todo, a nuestros clientes. La expansi\u00f3n de nuestros mercados para convertirnos en l\u00edderes mundiales incrementar\u00e1 el valor para todos nuestros grupos de inter\u00e9s\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os, Conforms ha sido l\u00edder en el desarrollo y la fabricaci\u00f3n de sistemas de bombeo de hormig\u00f3n y tuber\u00edas resistentes a la abrasi\u00f3n para el transporte de s\u00f3lidos y lodos abrasivos. La empresa se fund\u00f3 en 1969 con el objetivo de dise\u00f1ar una l\u00ednea completa de sistemas de bombeo de hormig\u00f3n y accesorios para los crecientes mercados de bombeo de hormig\u00f3n y miner\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde 1949, Esser ha desarrollado tuber\u00edas de transporte de alta resistencia al desgaste para la industria minera.
