Alternative Brennstoffe sind weltweit ein Trendthema \u2013 und die Zementindustrie bildet da keine Ausnahme. \u00dcber 501.300 Tonnen W\u00e4rme werden durch die Verwendung von Sekund\u00e4r- oder Ersatzbrennstoffen erzeugt. Die mineralischen Bestandteile dieser Brennstoffe werden recycelt und in das Endprodukt eingearbeitet. Solche Brennstoffe sind CO\u2082-\u00e4rmer als fossile Brennstoffe und bieten erhebliche Kostenvorteile und \u00f6kologische Vorteile.<\/p>

Die Rohrdimensionen werden an die Anwendungsparameter (Medium, Durchfluss, Systemdruck usw.) angepasst. Unser bew\u00e4hrtes Quick-Fix-System verbindet die Rohrkomponenten. Dieses System zeichnet sich durch seine selbstzentrierende Kragengeometrie und die Einschraubenkupplung aus, die eine schnelle Montage und Demontage erm\u00f6glicht. Quick-Fix ist bis zu einem Wasserdruck von 20 bar auf Dichtheit gepr\u00fcft. Alle Rohrkomponenten sind mit Erdungsklemmen ausgestattet, um eventuell entstehende statische Aufladungen sicher abzuleiten. Wir empfehlen die ESSER TWIN 700-Serie f\u00fcr gerade Rohrabschnitte und die ESSER TWIN 900-Serie f\u00fcr B\u00f6gen und Auslassrohre. Diese bieten optimalen Schutz vor Verschlei\u00df an kritischen Stellen der Rohrleitung. Alle Leitungskomponenten sind gekennzeichnet, um die Nachbestellung zu erleichtern.<\/p>
