Der \u00dcbergangsbereich, in dem die St\u00e4mme von der automatischen Zuf\u00fchrkette in die Entrindungstrommel gelangen, ist h\u00e4ufig starken St\u00f6\u00dfen ausgesetzt. Dies f\u00fchrte zu Rissen und Br\u00fcchen in den Stahlstangen und der Beplankung. St\u00e4mme verklemmten sich in den entstandenen Hohlr\u00e4umen, was zu erheblichen Arbeitsunterbrechungen und Ausfallzeiten f\u00fchrte. Die L\u00f6sung war eine speziell angefertigte \u201c\u00dcbergangsplatte\u201d, in der die <a href=\"\/de\/tri-braze\/\">Tri-Braze\u00ae<\/a> Die St\u00e4be der Kraftzuf\u00fchrungsplattform wurden mit vertikal verschwei\u00dftem A514-Baustahl fest in die Haupt\u00fcbergangsplatte Tri-Braze\u00ae eingeschwei\u00dft.<\/p><p>Das Ergebnis waren null Ausfallzeiten und damit Tausende von Dollar an Einsparungen beim geistigen Eigentum. Ein weiterer Vorteil war die Reduzierung des Gef\u00e4hrdungsrisikos f\u00fcr die Mitarbeiter, die in einem hochgef\u00e4hrlichen Bereich mit der Beseitigung der St\u00f6rungen betraut waren. Diese \u00dcbergangsplatte ist seit fast zwei Jahren im Einsatz und funktioniert nach wie vor einwandfrei. Paul Wheeles war von der Tricon-L\u00f6sung so \u00fcberzeugt, dass er sie vielen seiner Kollegen auf der j\u00e4hrlichen MOTAG South-Veranstaltung 2022
