Als das Unternehmen seine Pumpenausr\u00fcstung vielseitiger einsetzen wollte, wandte sich Fuhrparkleiter John Tinnin an Jim Bodeker von Con Forms. Gemeinsam ermittelten sie die optimale L\u00f6sung, die sowohl den bestehenden Kapazit\u00e4ten als auch den zuk\u00fcnftigen Projektanforderungen gerecht wurde. Die Wahl fiel schlie\u00dflich auf die Con Forms 18-3 Spider, die sich durch Vielseitigkeit und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verh\u00e4ltnis auszeichnete.<\/p><p>Im September 2022 setzte Concrete Strategies ihren neuen Spider schnell beim Projekt Vande East Apartments ein, einem 14-st\u00f6ckigen Wohn- und Gesch\u00e4ftsgeb\u00e4ude im City Foundry District von St. Louis.<\/p><p>\u201cWir haben bei diesem niedrigeren Hochhaus den Spider eingesetzt, da der Platz f\u00fcr eine Pumpe begrenzt war. Wir brauchten nur 20 Minuten, um ihn zu versetzen und wieder aufzubauen, damit wir mit dem Betonieren fortfahren konnten. Dass er in zwei Teilen (Ausleger und Gegengewicht) angehoben werden kann, erwies sich als sehr praktisch, da wir an einem Ende des Betoniervorgangs Gewichtsbeschr\u00e4nkungen f\u00fcr den Kran hatten\u201d, teilte Herr Tinnin per E-Mail mit.<\/p><p>John fuhr fort: \u201cAufgrund der Bodenbeschaffenheit mussten wir lediglich die Ebene unter dem Spider abst\u00fctzen, sodass der Mehraufwand f\u00fcr dessen Einsatz minimal war. Der Spider-Platzierer ist eine hervorragende Alternative zu einem Hochhaussystem f\u00fcr diese niedrigeren Geb\u00e4ude. Ich war wirklich \u00fcberrascht, wie ruhig der Spider lief. Es gab keinerlei Einschr\u00e4nkungen beim Pumpen. Er konnte jede gew\u00fcnschte Pumpgeschwindigkeit problemlos bew\u00e4ltigen, ohne nennenswerte St\u00f6\u00dfe und mit einem insgesamt sehr gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen F\u00f6rderausleger. Dieses Ger\u00e4t h\u00e4tten wir uns schon viel fr\u00fcher anschaffen sollen! Wir haben im Laufe der Jahre festgestellt, dass Con Forms die hochwertigsten Pumpenzubeh\u00f6rteile wie Rohre, Schl\u00e4uche, Klemmen und sogar Auswaschkugeln anbietet.
