Unsere Wurzeln als Anbieter hochverschlei\u00dffester Rohrleitungsl\u00f6sungen liegen im Bergbau. In der fast 75-j\u00e4hrigen Firmengeschichte wurden zahlreiche Projekte realisiert, bei denen die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und lange Lebensdauer unserer Doppelrohre die Grundlage f\u00fcr den sicheren Transport vom Silo oder Verladepunkt zum unterirdischen Verf\u00fcllbereich bilden \u2013 sei es f\u00fcr den Transport von Baustoffen oder von Abraum zum Verf\u00fcllen.<\/p>

Man unterscheidet zwischen stehenden und h\u00e4ngenden Schachtleitungen. Das F\u00f6rdermedium wird \u00fcblicherweise pneumatisch, gelegentlich aber auch hydraulisch unterirdisch bef\u00f6rdert. Insbesondere bei h\u00e4ngenden Rohrleitungen wirken starke Kr\u00e4fte auf die Gesamtkonstruktion. Auch hier kann ESSER problemlos die notwendigen statischen Berechnungen durchf\u00fchren.<\/p>

Bekannterma\u00dfen steigt die Temperatur mit zunehmender Tiefe, was zu einer Ausdehnung des Stahls f\u00fchrt. Um Sch\u00e4den an der F\u00f6rderleitung zu vermeiden, haben wir spezielle Stopfbuchsen-Dehnungsfugen entwickelt, die die temperaturbedingte L\u00e4ngenausdehnung innerhalb der F\u00f6rderleitung ausgleichen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Ein weit verbreitetes Anwendungsgebiet ist die Verlegung der Rohrleitung durch ein Bohrloch. ESSER bietet spezielle Bohrlochkupplungen an, die im Vergleich zu Flanschverbindungen eine schlanke und stabile Bauweise aufweisen und sich so optimal in das Bohrloch einf\u00fcgen. Diese spezielle Konstruktion reduziert zudem das Verklemmen beim Entleeren und Durchf\u00fchren durch das Bohrloch.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr die Weiterverarbeitung und den Transport der verschiedenen F\u00f6rdermedien gibt es unterschiedliche Varianten. Zu den gebr\u00e4uchlichsten geh\u00f6ren:<\/p>\n

  • Pneumatische Hinterf\u00fcllung<\/strong> \u2013 Das Medium wird pneumatisch zum Applikationsort bef\u00f6rdert.<\/li>\n
  • Hydraulische Hinterf\u00fcllung<\/strong>l \u2013 Das trockene Medium wird in einer Mischanlage mit Zement und Fl\u00fcssigkeit vermischt und anschlie\u00dfend hydraulisch zum Verf\u00fcllbereich gef\u00f6rdert. Dies kann durch Schwerkraft oder mit Schwerlast-Schlammpumpen erfolgen, die mit Betriebsdr\u00fccken von bis zu 200 bar arbeiten. Auch hierf\u00fcr bietet ESSER passende Rohrleitungsl\u00f6sungen an.<\/li>\n<\/ul>

    Rohrleitungskomponenten f\u00fcr den Bergbau werden generell in robuster Ausf\u00fchrung gefertigt. Sicherheit, Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und lange Lebensdauer spielen eine besonders wichtige Rolle, da Reparaturen aufgrund der schwer zug\u00e4nglichen Bereiche oft schwierig durchzuf\u00fchren sind. Die Kosten k\u00f6nnen hoch sein, daher muss ein Leitungsausfall unbedingt vermieden werden. Inspektionszeiten m\u00fcssen vorhersehbar und planbar sein. ESSER liefert Rohrleitungen f\u00fcr den Bergbau in allen verf\u00fcgbaren Baureihen (ESSER 160, ESSER 400, ESSER TWIN 700, ESSER TWIN 900).<\/p>\n
