Dieses neue Produkt erm\u00f6glicht maximale Vielseitigkeit und Funktionalit\u00e4t \u2013 Beton kann weiter und auf einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Fl\u00e4che pro Einsatz als je zuvor verlegt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit einer beeindruckenden vertikalen Reichweite von 24,5 Metern, einer horizontalen Reichweite von 22 Metern und einer Tiefe von 15,5 Metern ist der 22Z Spider \u00e4u\u00dferst mobil und eine effektive mobile Erweiterung f\u00fcr LKW-Betonkrane mit gro\u00dfer Reichweite. \u201cDer 22Z wurde f\u00fcr unsere Kunden entwickelt, die eine maximale Auslegerl\u00e4nge in Kombination mit hervorragender Mobilit\u00e4t in einem robusten und zuverl\u00e4ssigen Paket w\u00fcnschen\u201d, so Jim Bury, Leiter der Abteilung f\u00fcr Betonierger\u00e4te und Support-Services bei Con Forms. \u201cDieser selbstfahrende mobile Betonierer ist so konzipiert, dass er auch auf engstem Raum auf Baustellen eingesetzt werden kann, um eine maximale Betonierabdeckung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der neue Spider-Verteiler von Con Form dient sowohl als station\u00e4rer Verteilmast als auch als mobile Raupenfahranlage f\u00fcr Tunnel und Br\u00fccken. Dank der integrierten Kranfunktion l\u00e4sst sich der Spider nahtlos unter- oder \u00fcberirdisch platzieren. Der Bediener kann den Spider bequem per Fahrersitz oder Funkfernsteuerung bewegen. Der branchenf\u00fchrende 74-PS-Dieselmotor und die Bodenfreiheit von 30,5 cm erm\u00f6glichen das Selbstverladen auf Transportanh\u00e4nger sowie das Befahren von Steigungen bis zu 25 Grad (46\u00b0 Steigung).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der 22Z Spider ist mit dem Guardian-Auslegerrohrsystem von Con Form ausgestattet. Dieses besteht aus induktionsgeh\u00e4rteten einwandigen Rohren mit Chromkarbid-ausgekleideten Schwei\u00dfenden f\u00fcr eine l\u00e4ngere Lebensdauer. In Kombination mit Manganguss-B\u00f6gen bietet es eine h\u00f6here Lebensdauer als vergleichbare Spider-Systeme anderer Hersteller. F\u00fcr anspruchsvolle Anwendungen sind die optimierten Rohrleitungen von Con Form erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Merkmale wie ein robustes und effizientes Antriebspaket, ein stabiler Stahlsockel, ein hochfester Ausleger und ein Doppelkugelgelenk verleihen diesem Ger\u00e4t enorme Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit, um den t\u00e4glichen Belastungen beim Betonpumpen und -einbau unter anspruchsvollen Bedingungen standzuhalten.
