{"id":21883,"date":"2019-11-25T16:05:09","date_gmt":"2019-11-25T16:05:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/conforms.com\/?p=21883"},"modified":"2023-11-18T07:24:13","modified_gmt":"2023-11-18T07:24:13","slug":"projekt-ozeanweites-zentrum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cficompany.com\/de\/oceanwide-center-project\/","title":{"rendered":"OCEANWIDE CENTER PROJECT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interstate Concrete Pumping in French Camp, CA verwendet den Con Forms 18-3 SPIDER.<sup>\u00a9<\/sup> Placer wird das Fundament und die Parkdecks f\u00fcr den Hochhausturm Oceanwide Center in San Francisco, Kalifornien, gie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Betonierarbeiten stellten Hochhausprojekte vor besondere Herausforderungen \u2013 vor allem, weil die Fundamente 21 Meter unterhalb des Stra\u00dfenniveaus beginnen, um die notwendige Stabilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr solch massive Bauwerke zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Dies erschwert das effiziente Einbringen des Betons von der Stra\u00dfe aus in gro\u00dfer H\u00f6he. Selbst mit gro\u00dfen Auslegern, die bis zum Fundament reichen k\u00f6nnten, bestehen erhebliche Probleme hinsichtlich der Man\u00f6vrierf\u00e4higkeit, um alle Bereiche wie unz\u00e4hlige W\u00e4nde und S\u00e4ulen effektiv und effizient zu erreichen. Bereits vorhandene Schalungen, S\u00e4ulen, Abst\u00fctzungen und andere Hindernisse w\u00fcrden das Betonieren mit einem herk\u00f6mmlichen Betonierkran oder einem Betonkranwagen von oben nahezu unm\u00f6glich machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interstate wandte sich an Con Forms, um eine L\u00f6sung zu finden. Die L\u00f6sung: ein selbstfahrender 18-3 SPIDER Placer (auf Ketten, mit einer Reichweite von 18 Metern) zum schnellen und pr\u00e4zisen Einbringen von Beton. Der 18-3 SPIDER<sup>\u00a9<\/sup> ist eine kosteng\u00fcnstige und umweltschonende Alternative zu turmmontierten Verteilermasten und in diesem Fall eine hervorragende Alternative zum Ziehen langer Schl\u00e4uche \u00fcber die Matte. Im Gegensatz zu seinen gro\u00dffl\u00e4chigen Pendants ist der robuste, kompakte und selbstfahrende 18-3 SPIDER<sup>\u00a9<\/sup> Der SPIDER bietet Vielseitigkeit und geringe Auswirkungen auf die Baustelle bei gleichbleibender Produktivit\u00e4t. Die Krankapazit\u00e4t und die Anforderungen an die Abst\u00fctzung werden durch das geringe Gesamtgewicht der Einheit drastisch reduziert.<sup>\u00a9<\/sup> Das Ger\u00e4t erfordert vor der Aufstellung nur minimale Vorbereitungen am Aufstellungsort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der leichte Con Forms 18-3 SPIDER<sup>\u00a9<\/sup> F\u00fcr die Fundamentierung des 75-st\u00f6ckigen Wolkenkratzers in der Innenstadt von San Francisco wurde Beton per Kran in die 21 Meter tiefe Baugrube abgesenkt. Die selbstfahrende, raupenmobile Betonmischanlage konnte problemlos um das Fundament herum man\u00f6vrieren und so die Reichweite der 38 Meter langen Pumpe vergr\u00f6\u00dfern, die den Beton von der Stra\u00dfe aus speiste. Zahlreiche Hindernisse und Einschr\u00e4nkungen konnten sicher umfahren werden, indem man unterhalb der Baugrube arbeitete, wo ein Betonmischarm auf Stra\u00dfenebene nicht h\u00e4tte eingesetzt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Insgesamt werden 55 verschiedene Betonierarbeiten an W\u00e4nden und S\u00e4ulen durchgef\u00fchrt, wobei voraussichtlich \u00fcber 9.000 Kubikmeter Beton mit dem SPIDER-System verarbeitet werden.<sup>\u00a9<\/sup>.Sobald das Projekt die Bodenebene erreicht hat, plant Interstate Concrete Pumping, auf traditionellere Einbaumethoden umzusteigen \u2013 das bedeutet jedoch nicht, dass die Beteiligung von Con Forms damit beendet ist. Rick Hahn, technischer Vertriebsexperte von Con Forms an der Westk\u00fcste, betreut das Projekt zusammen mit dem Werksingenieurteam von Con Forms bereits seit der Planungsphase und wird auch weiterhin fachkundige Beratung, Unterst\u00fctzung und hochwertige Con Forms-Produkte bereitstellen, w\u00e4hrend der Hochbau voranschreitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach seiner Fertigstellung wird das Hochhaus 277 Meter hoch sein und damit nach dem Salesforce Tower (ebenfalls ein von Con Forms entworfenes und realisiertes Hochhausprojekt mit Betoniersystem) das zweitgr\u00f6\u00dfte Geb\u00e4ude seiner Klasse darstellen. Geplant ist eine Mischung aus Gewerbe-, Wohn- und \u00f6ffentlichen Fl\u00e4chen.
