September 2019 im dichten Nebel Betonarbeiten am Nordturm durch.<br>Erweiterungsprojekt bei St. John&#039;s on the Lake, einer in Milwaukee bekannten Seniorenwohnanlage.<br>Dieses Projekt umfasst den Bau eines 22-st\u00f6ckigen Wohnturms im Osten der Stadt und wird deren Skyline ver\u00e4ndern. Die Er\u00f6ffnung des Turms mit rund 170 neuen Wohneinheiten ist f\u00fcr Fr\u00fchjahr 2020 geplant. Der 123 Millionen Pfund teure Turm ($123) ersetzt ein dreist\u00f6ckiges Geb\u00e4ude in St. John\u2019s mit 50 Pflegebetten und 24 Apartments f\u00fcr betreutes Wohnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W\u00e4hrend des gesamten Erweiterungsprojekts des Nordturms setzte Gordy&#039;s Con Forms-Hochbaurohre und -Kupplungen, Verlegesysteme und einen 18-3 Spider Placer ein. Die Hochbaurohre und -kupplungen sind die druckbest\u00e4ndigsten und zuverl\u00e4ssigsten Komponenten der Branche und f\u00fcr einen Betriebsdruck von bis zu 300 bar ausgelegt, um den extrem hohen Pumpdruck beim Hochpumpen des 22-st\u00f6ckigen Turms zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Unsere Experten arbeiteten bereits in der Planungsphase eng mit Gordy&#039;s zusammen, um das optimale Verlegesystem f\u00fcr das Projekt zu entwickeln und so die t\u00e4glichen Pumpvorg\u00e4nge und die Reinigung so effizient wie m\u00f6glich zu gestalten.
