August 2013 \u2013 Conforms mit Sitz in Port Washington, Wisconsin, freut sich, die \u00dcbernahme der Esser-Werke GmbH (100%) mit Sitz in Warstein, Deutschland, bekanntzugeben. Das fusionierte Unternehmen hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, weltweit f\u00fchrender Anbieter von verschlei\u00dffesten Rohren, Verschlei\u00dfteilen und Systemen f\u00fcr die Beton- und Bergbauindustrie zu werden. Conforms und Esser sind seit jeher f\u00fchrende Anbieter von hochverschlei\u00dffesten Rohren in den USA bzw. Europa. In einer gemeinsamen Erkl\u00e4rung gaben Tom Hamilton, Pr\u00e4sident, und Al Kastelic, CEO von Conforms, bekannt: \u201cWir sind \u00fcberzeugt, dass der Zusammenschluss unserer beiden erfolgreichen Unternehmen einen Mehrwert f\u00fcr unsere Aktion\u00e4re, Mitarbeiter und vor allem unsere Kunden schaffen wird. Die Expansion in neue M\u00e4rkte und die damit verbundene Positionierung als globaler Marktf\u00fchrer werden den Wert f\u00fcr alle unsere Stakeholder steigern.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seit \u00fcber 40 Jahren ist Conforms f\u00fchrend in der Entwicklung und Herstellung von Betonpumpensystemen und abriebfesten Rohrleitungssystemen f\u00fcr den Transport von abrasiven Feststoffen und Schl\u00e4mmen. Das Unternehmen wurde 1969 mit dem Ziel gegr\u00fcndet, ein komplettes Sortiment an Betonpumpensystemen und Zubeh\u00f6r f\u00fcr die wachsenden M\u00e4rkte der Betonf\u00f6rderung und des Bergbaus zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seit 1949 entwickelt Esser hochverschlei\u00dffeste F\u00f6rderrohre f\u00fcr die Bergbauindustrie. Anfang der 1980er-Jahre begann Esser mit der Fertigung von Komponenten f\u00fcr die Betonpumpenindustrie. Heute sind Esser-Rohrsysteme weltweit f\u00fcr ihre Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit, Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit bekannt.
